Some of the things you’ll be doing
Project Management
Delivering software solutions is a core part of the business. In this role, you’ll be playing a fundamental role in scoping and documenting requirements to support customer and internal projects. Managing these tasks will require impeccable organisation and time-management skills to ensure you successfully follow desired timescales and internal deadlines. Effectively liaising and co-ordinating with team members across departments and, most importantly, the customer is crucial to ensure a successful outcome.
Delivery of Consultancy Services
Partnering with our highly experienced Consultants, Trainers, and Developers, you’ll be part of a team delivering real business benefits to our customers. You’ll assist with tactical customer reviews, ensuring all discussed items are logged and possible projects are tracked from beginning to end.
Co-ordinating Resources
Having the right people doing the right work at the right time is a key part of delivering a successful and cost-effective project – right from project inception, through each stage of the project, to final handover. Therefore, communication and co-ordination across all teams is an essential part of the Project Management role.
Providing Assistance in Customer Contact
You’ll be assisting with vital administrative functions within the team, including regular customer calls and meetings to ensure the smooth running of customer projects and the team itself. You’ll also help with managing and actioning feedback from customers to improve customer relationships.
Working as a Team
Serving as a primary point of contact for the Project Delivery team means you’ll always be busy with tasks to complete. Working as part of the Premium Services team, you can expect to help customers and support your colleagues, gaining valuable collaboration skills along the way.
Building Customer Rapport
Each element of the role is strongly focused on communicating with our customer base. Having the ability to build relationships and trust with customers is a vital skill that you’ll adopt.
Customer Service
At ProspectSoft, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and every member of staff contributes to this. This involves providing timely answers using the product knowledge you learn in training and on the job to our premium customers in a professional manner.
Business Development
A key part of this role is to be able to identify business development opportunities that would add further value to the customer’s solution. Whilst assisting with projects assigned by customers, you’ll help to improve their experience with the system so they can wholly benefit from its features.
