Overview

We need a talented individual to join our team - someone who truly understand the importance of great customer experience. As a Junior Customer Experience placement, you’re responsible for providing both reactive & proactive support and services to ProspectSoft customers throughout their life cycle with us (ProspectSoft are members of the Access family).

In this role, you serve as the main point of contact for customers and will be their first port of call for help they need using our apps and services. As well as strengthening your communication skills, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of technical tasks.

Some of the things you’ll be doing

Communication

As the first point of contact with customers, you'll be engaging with many different users of our product, and you'll develop a deep understanding of the business problems our software is solving for present and future customers.

Investigation & Problem Solving

You'll become proficient in navigating our CRM systems and provide support and guidance to our customers responding to and resolving any customer queries.

Testing & QA

As the customer voice, you may participate in product management and product testing activities and you'll be encouraged to develop knowledge specialisation in the customer industries, business models and processes. Collaborating with other team members, you'll follow our established processes and suggest changes where you think customer satisfaction can be improved.

Rollout of Platform Updates

You'll ensure our service continues to add to the value Access and ProspectSoft is providing them. A customer centric view should be central to your actions, and you'll work with the wider team and senior colleagues to help our business users get the most out of our products and services.

What you’ll need

  • Empathetic approach & positive attitude at all times
  • Completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but won’t have graduated at the start of your placement
