Rosie and Joe (aka Jim) are the new Sales and Marketing placements, with Rosie taking the lead on all things marketing and planning our upcoming events, and Joe having more of a sales focused role.  Dan and Natalia are the new Technical placements, starting out in the support team and then seeing out the rest of the year in Development.

We’ve been at ProspectSoft for two months now and I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone, though on the other hand it feels like I have been here a lot longer! It’s amazing how quickly I have felt at home here. I have already been given lots to do as well as everyday tasks and responsibilities.

As an Account Manager I have around 40 companies to look after and nurture. I am their first point of contact for any usability issues, upgrade information or additional sales. It is my job to make sure all my customers are up to date with the latest versions and functionality that ProspectSoft has to offer. This ensures that customers get the most out of their ProspectSoft solution! Coming from a customer service background, I am really enjoying getting to know my new customers and how investment in CRM and/or eCommerce is helping to make a real difference to their business.

As well as my day to day tasks I have also been involved in loads of projects including remote user training, development of customer manuals and on and off site customer meetings. I also recently got the chance to attend an email marketing and web analytics seminar hosted by one of our partners, CommuniGator. As a marketing student this was a great learning experience for both my time on placement and back at University.

The one month training prepares you well, but a lot of the time you are learning on the job and everyone in my team is more than happy to help. ProspectSoft is made up of lots of passionate and hardworking people which is a killer combo when combined with an exciting and business changing product!
